Apple Cider Syrup Pie

 INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Apple Cider Syrup

  • 2 Eggs

  • 3/4 cups milk

  • 3/4 cups sugar

  • 3 Tbsp flour

  • 2 Tbsp melted butter

  • Pie Crust (uncooked)

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Put all the ingredients except the pie crust into a blender or food processor and blend together until smooth.

  3. Pour into prepared pie crust.

  4. Bake for 50 minutes, until golden brown and set.

  5. Enjoy with creme fraiche or lightly sweetened whipped cream
