Listen to an inspirational farming presentation while touring the lower orchard.

  • Held at Champlain Orchards

Learn about the history of Champlain Orchards, modern orchard practices, and the challenges of farming.

  • Tours are lead by Bill Suhr, Founder and Head of Horticulture, and knowledgeable staff members
  • Stops at both Champlain Orchards and Douglas Orchards
  • Samples of donuts, sweet cider, seasonal fruit, and hard cider are included (21+ only)
  • Time is allocated to shop the farm market for fruit, orchard-made provisions and local goods

  • 75 Minutes
  • $25.00 per person
  • Minimum of 10 guests
  • Scheduled weekdays, May - October
  • $50 non-refundable deposit required upon booking

Following the tour, enjoy a buffet-style sit-down meal in the Cider Garden Pavilion.

  • Includes a Platter of Assorted Sandwiches and Seasonal Fruit plus a Seasonal Side Salad

Harvest ripened fruit in the orchard, then return to the farm market where you will learn how to make a delectable, orchard-fresh treat.

  • Food options include: soup, turnovers, or maple popcorn and are dependent on fruit availability.

  • $50.00 per person
  • Minimum of 10 guests / Maximum of 25
  • Scheduled on Tuesdays, 5-7 PM
  • $50 non-refundable deposit required upon booking

Host your child’s party at the Orchard. Includes:

  • PYO visit and a ½ peck or pint of seasonal fruit per guest ($10 value)
  • Sweet cider and dessert (Additional food and beverages are available for an extra charge).
  • Use of the Cider Garden Pavilion and Play Structure

  • 2 Hours
  • $20.00 per guest
  • Minimum of 10 guests | Maximum of 40
  • Parties can be scheduled July - October, daily except Tuesday, 10 am-12pm
  • $50 non-refundable deposit required upon booking
