INGREDIENTS

2 cups fresh (or frozen Elderberries)

If using dried berries- Use 1 cup dried berries : 4 cups water

4 cups water

4 chunks fresh ginger

2 cinnamon sticks

3 whole cloves

1/2 cup raw honey

1/2 cup raw apple cider vinegar
INSTRUCTIONS

Bring all ingredients (except apple cider vinegar and honey) to a boil in a saucepan. Simmer until liquid has reduced by about half. (30-45 minutes)

Remove from heat and strain.

Once cooled to about 118 F, add honey and apple cider vinegar.

Store into a glass jar in fridge or pour into ice cubes.
