Plum Dang It

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz. rum (Plantation Pineapple rum is our favorite, but any rum will do)

  • ½ oz. brown sugar simple syrup (1:1)

  • 2 slices plum, plus more for garnish

  • 2 slices lime

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Muddle the plum and lime in a mixing glass with the syrup.

  2. Add the rum and ice and stir until chilled.

  3. Strain into a coupe and garnish.
