INGREDIENTS

2 oz. rum (Plantation Pineapple rum is our favorite, but any rum will do)

½ oz. brown sugar simple syrup (1:1)

2 slices plum, plus more for garnish

2 slices lime
INSTRUCTIONS

Muddle the plum and lime in a mixing glass with the syrup.

Add the rum and ice and stir until chilled.

Strain into a coupe and garnish.
