INGREDIENTS

1 pint Rovada red currants

2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

1 1/2 cups chilled Champlain Orchards hard cider (Original or Honeycrisp)

Lemon peels, for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Red Currant Juice:

Crush 1 pint of red currants in a bowl. Strain and set aside.
Drink:

Combine 1/4 cup red-currant juice with lemon juice.

Add sparkling cider.

Divide between 2 glasses, and garnish each with a lemon peel.
