INGREDIENTS

  • 3 oz Gin – we recommend Bar Hill or Stonecutter

  • 1 oz Lemon juice

  • 1/2 tsp. Maple Syrup

  • Champlain Orchards Mac & Maple Hard Cider

  • Lemon wedge, mint sprig for garnish

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Pour gin and lemon juice into a shaker filled with ice. Add maple syrup.

  2. Shake and pour into a highball glass.

  3. Top with a dry, sparkling hard apple cider.

  4. Stir and garnish with a lemon wedge and a sprig of mint.
