Indulge your taste buds with a colorful and eclectic mix of apples hand-selected by our orchardist: 

• Ambrosia: Meaning “dessert of the gods”, this apple is believed to be a cross of a Jonagold and Golden Delicious. The creamy, yellow flesh is crisp and juicy with a sweet flavor and low acidity.
• Black Oxford: Little known outside of Maine, Black Oxfords are neck-and-neck with Honeycrisp to be the most popular apple consumed in Maine. They are medium in size, with deep purple fruit and a blackish bloom. These apples can store longer than average while still maintaining their sweet, tart taste.
• Suncrisp: A cross between a Golden Delicious, Cox’s Orange Pippin, and McIntosh , the Suncrisp has a bright, tart flavor that mellows over time into a honeyed pear-like palate.
• Keepsake: This “antique looking” firm apple has a very crisp, juicy, light yellow flesh. Keepsake has a melon like aroma and is wonderful for fresh eating or baking. It was introduced in 1979 as a cross of Malinda and Northern Spy, and is a parent to the famous Honeycrisp.
